BOOKS FOR TROOPS
AT HOME AND OVERSEAS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Director of the Country Library .Service, in a report to the National Patriotic Board, states that in the first six months of this year 40.172 books were issued to Army, Navy and Air Force units in New Zealand, and 11,045 to the forces overseas.
