ADVISED TO GO SLOW. (British Official Wireless., RUGBY, July 28. The United Nations radio at Algiers has kept its promise to tell the Italians how they can help get rid of the Germans in Italy. The radio said it was the duty of every Italian worker in a factory making arms for the Germans to slow down production and turn out faulty material. Italians working in Government offices must try to cause confusion in their departments. Every Italian worker could slow down his work by the simple means of reporting sick and by asking endless and futile questions of his superiors.
