NEW PRIVY COUNCILLOR

SIR ALAN LASCELLES. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) RUGBY, July 20. The King has approved of Sir Alan Lascelles being sworn in as a member of the Privy Council. Sir A. Lascelles was recently appointed Private Secretary to his Majesty, in succession to Sir Alexander Harding, who resigned on account of ill health.
