0 POSITION MUCH IMPROVED. ONE NOTIFICATION IN PAST FORTNIGHT. “No fresh cases of diphtheria connected with the recent school outbreak have occurred for about a fortnight, said Mr T. A. Russell, borough health inspector today. Mr Russell said there was a case a week ago in the borough, but it had no connection with the former cases. Only 12 diphtheria patients are now being treated in the Masterton Hospital. Over 20 have been discharged.
