Weather cloudy to overcast, with occasional rain, mainly in the ranges. Temperatures moderate. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Rather unsettled. The Waingawa Sub-Station, P.W.D., reports as follows for the 24 hours ended 8 a.m. today:—Shade temperature, maximum 55, minimum 30; terrestrial, 21; sunshine, 8 hours; frost, 9.4 degrees.
