PROGRESSIVE EXTENSION IN INDIA ACTION TO STABILISE PRICES. AND PENALISE PROFITEERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, Noon.) NEW DELHI, July 8. Sir Mohammed Azizul Huque, Minister of Commerce, announced that progressively increasing food rationing is being established in urban areas in India. Steps are also being taken for the stabilisation of food prices and the penalisation of profiteers.
