VALUABLE HEALING SERUM AND NEW TYPE OF BOILER. HONOURS & REWARD FOR FORMER CONSPIRATOR. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received This Day, Noon.) LONDON, July 3. A new serum, especially effective in the treatment of bone injuries, will be produced on a mass scale in Russian institutes, says the Moscow radio. The serum at present is being used for the quick healing of wounds which had resisted treatment for several months. The Moscow radio also announced that Professor Ramzin has been awarded the Order of Lenin and also the Stalin Prize (First Class) and 150,000 roubles, for inventing a new type of boiler (Ramzin was sentenced to death 13 years ago for participating in a conspiracy to overthrow the Soviet Government, but the sentence was commuted and he continued his scientific work under surveillance).
