An air and sea battle occurred on June 30 at the entrance to the Bosphorus, outside Turkish waters, between forty Russian planes and four submarines and two Rumanian destroyers and six submarines. Reporting this, the British United Press correspondent at Istanbul adds that, according to an eyewitness at Kilyos, near the entrance to the Bosphorus, the Rumanians lost two submarines.
