HARVEST OUTLOOK

REPORTED BAD IN GERMANY. AND ELSEWHERE IN OCCUPIED EUROPE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, June 27. Axis radio and Press commentators in all parts of Europe are warning the people that this year’s harvest will not be good. The Berlin radio says that the Germans must not look for a record harvest. The supply to agriculture of the most important implements in the fourth year of the war cannot possibly be good enough to allow for record achievements. The Danish newspaper, “Holstebro Dagblad” says Government spokesmen have already stated that lack of workers will load to a disastrous reduction in the production of foodstuffs in Denmark.

Agriculture in Hungary is also having a difficult time in finding workers.
