SOME MINERS EXPECTED TO RESUME WORK. (Bv Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, June 28. Half of the 83,000 workers in the Pennsylavnia hard coal industry are expected to return to the pits today. In West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky the miners are also expected to resume.
