GENERAL FREVBERG
MEETING MEMBERS OF BOTH HOUSES.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.)
WELLINGTON, This Day.
Members of both Houses of Parliament are to be addressed by Lieuten-ant-General Sir Bernard Freyberg in the social hall at Parliament House tomorrow. Replying to an inquiry in the House of Representatives yesterday by the Leader of the Opposition, Mr Holland, as to whether the House was to have a secret session with General Freyberg, the Prime Minister, Mr Fraser, said that he had already discussed the matter with the General, who had replied that he would be very willing to meet members of both Houses. Members would want to ask questions, and General Freyberg would be very glad to supply all the information he could. They would not, of course, expect information on future operations.
