MARINE BAND

PROGRAMME AT POST OFFICE. LIBERTY LOAN CAMPAIGN. The American Marine Band marched through Queen Street this afternoon and took up a position outside the Masterton Post Office, in furtherance of the Liberty Loan campaign. There was* a large attendance of the public to listen to a musical programme by the band, other entertainment items and addresses about the Liberty Loan. A transport lorry, fitted with a microphone, was . used by the speakers.
