COMING ON HALF AN HOUR LATER. IN FOUR WAIRARAPA BOROUGHS. To save electricity, the street lights in the boroughs of Masterton, Carterton, Martinborough and Featherston will not be turned on until 6 p.m., instead of 5.30 -p.m., as in the past. The prompt manner in which the mayors of the boroughs concerned had agreed to the suggestion was commended at yesterday's meeting of the Wairarapa Electric Power Board.
