BLAIRLOGIE HOTEL LICENCE RENEWED. (“Times-Age” Special.) Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., presided over a sitting of the Wairarapa Licensing Committee yesterday afternoon, when the licence of the Blairlogie Hotel was renewed, there being no complaints and no objection by the police. Personal Items. Mrs Steflert, Senr., has received a letter from her son, Arthur, who is a prisoner of war in Germany, in which he states that he is enjoying good health. REGENT THEATRE “SWEETHEART OF THE FLEET.” Tonight’s big programme is headed by “Sweetheart of the Fleet,” an excellent comedy featuring Joan Davis and Jinx Falkenburg, and “Sweater Girl,” a murder mystery story with a new twist and starring June Prosser and Eddie Bracken.
