OTHER PEOPLE’S IDEAS

EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS (To the Editor) Sir, —After reading the letter by “Employer” in' your last issue I wondered whether, he (or she) had seen, or had forgotten, the big and remarkable display of primary schools pupils’ work held in our own Town Hall just prior to the Centennial Exhibition. May I suggest to “Employer” in all good will, that if he (or she) wishes to have notice taken of his (or her) unwarranted attack on a hard-work-ing and much worried body *of citizens, he (or she) should not launch the attack from the ambush of anonymity.—l am, etc.,

E. G. CODDINGTON. Masterton, June 16.
