TWO MILE EVENT
WON BY NEW ZEALANDER AT BRITISH GAMES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, June 14. A New Zealander, F. Johnson, made an impressive showing at the British Games at the White City today, winning the two mile event in 9 minutes 34 seconds. S. C. Wooderson recorded his best time for the past three years, winning the one mile by a yard in 4 minutes 13.8 seconds.
