SUCCESSFUL DANCE

ST. JOHN AMBULANCE GATHERING. MASONIC HALL CROWDED. The St. John Ambulance Brigade held one of the most successful dances of its series in the Masonic Hall on Saturday night. The hall was filled to capacity and the music supplied by Barnes’s Rhythm Boys’ Orchestra was much enjoyed by all. The duties of M.C. were capably carried out by Mr C. S. McQuade, Cadet Superintendent, who thanked patrons for their attendance, also the ladies’ committee for the supper served by them, and announced that the next dance would be held on Saturday, June 26. A Monte Carlo waltz was won by W.0.1. J. McKay and A.C.2 McDonald, while a lucky spot fox trot was won by Miss Ackerman and L.A.C. Christensen. Extras were played by the Thorne trio and by Mr C. White.
