WAIRARAPA RUGBY UNION. MEETING OF COMMITTEE. (“Times-Age" Special.) A meeting of the management committee of the Wairarapa Rugby Union was held at Carterton last evening. The treasurer reported a credit balance of £3O 15s Id. Repairs to the boundary fence at Rugby Park were left to Masterton delegates to deal with. Mr C. A. Gray was appointed deputy chairman. Messrs K. G. Fairbrother, M. J. Parker and the secretary were appointed a fixtures committee. A postponement committee was appointed consisting of Messrs Fairbrother. F. B. Brough and R. Shackleton. It was decided that the Coursing Club be asked to pay rent for the use of Rugby Park. The following teams were entered for the seven-a-side tournament at Carterton:— Seniors: Carterton A and B, Army A, Combined A and B. Third grade A: Carterton A and B. Masterton A and B, Greytown A and B. Third grade B: Carterton A and B, Masterton A and B.
