GIRAUD & DE GAULLE OF FRENCH COMMITTEE OF LIBERATION. TO DIRECT WAR EFFORT IN ALL SPHERES. LONDON, June 3. A French Committee of National Liberation Iras been set up in North Africa. General Girand and General de Gaulle are joint presidents.

The committee will later be completed by the addition of other members. It will direct the French war effort in every form and in every sphere and the administration and defence of all French territory throughout the world.
