GIRAUD AND DE GAULLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, May 31. General Giraud and General de Gaulle had a three-hour conference in North Africa today. No details have yet been released about their decision. It is stated that the British and American Ministers are to pay a courtesy visit to General de Gaulle tomorrow. ■ The Morocco radio announced that General Giraud had appointed General Georges and M. Jean Monnet to the new French Central Executive Committee, consisting of nine men, two to be appointed by General Giraud and two by General de Gaulle.
