The Reich is assuming control of all privately owned waterways throughout Germany, as a direct result of the R.A.F’s. recent attack on the Mohne and Eder dams, says the British United Press Stockholm correspondent. Germany operates about 7,000 miles of inland waterways, on which she has largely relied for internal transport during the past two years.
