ALFREDTON

PERSONAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) Sister C. George is spending a few days with her mother, Mrs E. George, before leaving to take up her new position as matron of Riverton Hospital. Mrs S. Edmonds is spending a few days at Palmerston North.

Mr and Mrs W. Walker have returned home from Waitarere, Levin. Mr and Mrs Taverner have returned from Nelson.

Mrs Lett, of Auckland, has been visiting her sister, Mrs Harcombe. Corporal Rolls, of the W.A.A.C., spent the weekend with Mrs J. Hartley. Mr and Mrs AV. Rolls have returned to Masterton after visiting friends in Wellington, Levin and Alfredton.
