FOOD RATIONING
INSTITUTED IN PORTUGAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON. May 24. The distribution of food ration cards began in Portugal today, reports Reuter's correspondent in Lisbon. Foodstuffs hitherto have been unrationed, though many commodity prices have been controlled.
