LATEST OFFICIAL FORECAST DRIZZLE & RAIN. BUT SLOWLY IMPROVING. The following official weather report and forecast was issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, at noon today:— DISTRICT FORECAST: Moderate to fresh winds from an easterly quarter. Weather dull and cool, with occasional drizzle or rain, but some improvement tomorrow. FURTHER OUTLOOK: Continued slow improvement. Mr H. M.
