MR CHURCHILL’S ADDRESS TO CONGRESS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This ’Day, 10.55 a.m.) RUGBY, May 13. Mr Churchill conferred today in Washington with Mr Sam Rayburn, Speakei’ of the House of Representatives, at the White House and accepted his invitation to address Congress next Wednesday. The address will be to a joint session of the House of Representatives. A Washington message says the speech will probably be broadcast.
