PLAY READING
“THE MORNING STAR.” An appreciative audience greatly enjoyed the reading of “The Morning Star” (Emlyn Williams), by members of the Masterton Little Theatre Society last night. The action of the play took place in London during the blitz period and the parts were well sustained by the readers. The readers were: —Mrs A. E. Clemas, Misses M. O’Hara Smith, C. M. Francis and M. McLaren, Messrs J. B. Kent-Johnston, A. E. Clemas and H. H. Daniell. The stage directions were carried out by Mr L. T. Daniell.
