Its formation, under the name of the Kosciusko Division, has already been begun. In Poland an execution squad of Poles in daylight a week ago waylaid General Kruger, who was the Gestapo chief in Poland, and riddled him with tommy-gun bullets, says the "Sunday Express.” Kruger died some days later. The assailants escaped. Kruger was chiefly responsible for the Polish terror.
