ROAD ACCIDENTS
FIFTEEN PERSONS KILLED DURING APRIL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Transport Department says there were fifteen road accidents during April, involving the deaths of fifteen persons. Five were passengers, four pedestrians, three cyclists, two drivers and one a motor-cyclist. Ten of the accidents were in daylight hours. In April last year there were thirteen deaths in road accidents.
