AID FOR MEXICO
STUDY BY COMMITTEE OF EXPERTS. AGREEMENT WITH UNITED STATES. (British Official Wireless.) ■ (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, April 30. An American-Mexican economic agreement has been concluded providing that a committee of experts and economists shall study disturbances of the economic situation in Mexico resulting from the war and recommend appropriate measures of regulation and adjustment. It is intended that the economic relationships of the two countries should be adjusted so as not to prejudice the Mexican production of strategic materials.
