BAG OF ENEMY PLANES BY R.A.F. UNITS IN MALTA. NEXT VICTIM TO DETERMINE SWEEPSTAKE RESULT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, April 27. The total enemy aircraft destroyed by the R.A.F. stationed atMalta is now 999. On the next German or Italian plane shot down depends the result of a R.A.F. sweepstake, in which every member of the air crews on the island is participating. The total reached 999 last night, when one pilot sent two Junkers crashing into the sea qff Sicily.
