Poppy Day receipts in Masterton and district totalled £404 15s this year. This is an increase of £76 6s

10d on last year’s sales, and is easily a record return.

The receipts include sales in Masterton borough and the Mauriceville, Taueru and Tinui districts. Altogether 6812 poppies were sold in Masterton and district.
