FINAL DIVIDENDS FOR YEAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The directors of the Bank of New Zealand announce that, subject to audit, it is proposed at the next annual meeting of shareholders, on June 18, that a final dividend at the rate of fo.ur per cent be paid on ordinary shares for the half-year, making seven per cent for the year, and on long-term debentures seven and a half per cent for the half-year, reduced by a penny for every eightpence or part thereof, on account of social and national security taxes.
