The Germans have failed again on the Upper Donetz in theii’ latest attempts to wipe out the Russian bridgehead. The enemy drove a wedge into the Soviet lines in one narrow sector, but the Russians counter-attacked and after a few hours’ fierce fighting drove the Germans back to their starting point.
