ON JAPANESE AERODROMES IN ALEUTIANS. IN SPITE OF REPEATED BOMBINGS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) NEW YORK, April 13. The Japanese, in spite of the repeated bombings, are pushing on to completion the fighter fields at Kiska and the bomber field at Attu, in the Aleutians, reports the Associated Press. The determination of the enemy to establish the airfields may indicate an intention to launch an offensive against Alaska. After the Americans have bombed the Kiska and Attu airfields the Japanese apparently crawl out from their trenches and use the loosened stones for the runways.

Japanese bases in the Aleutians were subjected to nine bombing attacks on Saturday and Sunday, according to United States communiques.
