(By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 12. “The second front is no longer a military secret—we know it is just over the horizon,” said Mr H. Morgenthau (Secretary to the Treasury), in a broadcast address in opening the war loan drive. Mr Morgenthau added that the United Nations were piling up the thunder clouds of the greatest attack in history. “We are massing for that attack which is now being planned with patient preparation,” lie said. “The bitter time when we had to take blows without returning them, because we were not ready, is now all past. We are ready to deal a few blows ourselves and they will be blows that will rock Nazi Germany to its rotten and bloodstained foundations.”
