BOY KILLED
TRAGEDY AT DANNEVIRKE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, April 4. A 44-gallon drum of benzine swaying over the side of a moving lorry was the cause of the death of Leslie David Pearson, aged 15 years, at Dannevirke on Saturday afternoon. The boy attempted to stop the movement of the drum as he stood between it and the edge of the lorry, but its momentum -.carried him over the side, crushing his head. Death was instantaneous.
