EXPLOSION DISASTER
IN ITALIAN AMMUNITION DEPOT 72 KILLED & 1179 INJURED. INCLUDING SOME GERMANS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, March 31. The Rome radio announced that 72 persons were killed and 1,179 injured in an explosion at an ammunition depot in Naples on Sunday. The victims included soldiers and civilians, amongst them seven Germans killed and 31 injured.
