Mr Eden’s 16-day visit formally ended tonight with a dinner, which was arranged by the Secretary of State, Mr Hull Mr Eden had concluded his conversations after lunching with President Roosevelt, and receiving the Soviet Ambassador, M. Litvinov, the Chinese Foreign Minister, Dr. Soong, and the Chinese Ambassador to London, Dr. Wellington Koo. Mr Eden is to confer at Ottawa with members of the Canadian Government.
