UNDER NATIONAL HEALTH SCHEME. DECLARATION BY BRITISH MINISTER. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 10.0 a.m.) RUGBY, March 26. The Minister of Health, Mr Ernest Brown, said today that it was not premature to suggest certain broad principles for a national health service. In the forefront he placed the principle of a first-class service for all —every man, woman and child must be able to call on the best advice and aid that modern science could provide.
