FORCED DEPORTATION OF FRENCHMEN COUNTRY BEING BLED WHITE. HITLER ACHIEVING DECLARED AIM. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, March 26. At least 8000 Frenchmen, aged from 18 to 32, are daily forcibly deported to Germany, says the independent French news agency. This rate will be sufficient to deplete France of her young men in less than a year except those who are infirm or ill or who have escaped to the hills. There is no longer any question of exchanging French prisoners, who, were in the proportion of one prisoner for every three skilled workers accepted under the original scheme. The workers are mainly sent to Rhineland factories, where, according to Berlin newspaper reports, the proportion of foreign workers is sometimes as high as 83 per cent.. It is estimated that nearly 4,000,000 German workers are thereby freed for military service. The agency adds: “Thus one of Hiller’s aims is achieved. The second, which is laid down in “Mein Kampf, is being achieved—that is to' bleed France white and, little by little, exterminate her.”
