KAIPARORO

TENNIS CLUB DANCE (“Times-Age” Special.) A very enjoyable dance was held in the Kaiparoro Hall on Thursday evening, in aia of the Tennis Club’s funds. Music was supplied by Miss Madsen (piano), J. Torrey (banjo), and N. Dick (drums). Extras were played by Mrs Hansen and Mr J. Neville. Mr R. Dick and Mr K. Isakson acted as M’s.C. The singles championship was played at the tennis courts during the weekend, and resulted in Mrs Dennis Olivant beating Miss E. Dick in the ladies’ final, and Mr R. Dick defeating Mr H. Woolland in the men’s section.
