BROKEN BOTTLES »— DANGEROUS TO USERS OF STREETS. (‘‘Times-Age’’ Special.) . The practice of breaking bottles in tne streets of Carterton is becoming too prevalent and if it is not stopped by the authorities will become a menace to motorists as well as to cyclists and barefooted children. It may not be generally known that it is a violation of the law to leave broken glass on the main highways.
