The following casualties in the Second N.Z.E.F. were announced yesterday:— KILLED IN ACTION. GERLACH, Cedric M, Pte.; Auckland. PRISONER OF WAR—PREVIOUSLY REPORTED PRESUMED DEAD. REYNOLDS, Oscar G, Pte.; Petone. PRISONER OF WAR—PREVIOUSLY REPORTED MISSING. REID, Raymond R. J, Pte.; Avondale. WOUNDED. HOSKING, Richard C, T/Capt, Whangarei. BARTLETT, William G, Gnr.; Wellington. LEGGAT, Samuel A., Dvr.; Lower Hutt. ROWLATT, Arthur J., Pte.; Levin. ZUILL, Hugh, Pte.; Onehunga. AIR CASUALTIES NEW ZEALAND PERSONNEL. The following New Zealand air personnel, serving overseas ■ have been reported as casualties: — DIXON, Alexander 8., Sgt., injured on active service; Auckland. > FISHER, Peter C, Sgt., seriously injured on active service; Auckland. FRAME, Alan F, A/Cl., injured on active service; Dunedin. McMASTER, William H, F/Sgt, died on active service as result of injuries received in an aircraft accident; Invercargill. TREWAVAS, Nash J., Sgt, injured on active service; Motueka. UNDERWOOD, Roy, A/cl, injured on active service; Auckland. Reclassifications. KILPATRICK, Norman R, Sgt, previously reported missing believed killed, death now officially presumed as at July, 1942; New Plymouth. PETERSON, Malcolm A, F/Sgt, previously reported seriously ill, now removed from the seriously ill list; Wellington. RIDDELL, Robert, Sgt', previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as at September, 1942; Heriot, Otago. SCOTT, Andrew J. N, Sgt, previously reported missing, now reclassified to missing believed killed; Mataura. SHEPHERD, Leonard C, F/Sgt, previously reported mising, now reclassified to missing, believed killed; Tauranga. SPENCER, Kenneth S, Sgt, previously reported missing believed killed, death now officially presumed as at July, 1942; Upper Hutt. STEED, Revell J, Sgt, previously reported missing, now reclassified to missing, believed killed; Gisborne. WELLS, Charles E, Sgt, previously reported missing, believed killed, death now officially presumed as at July, 1942; Feilding.
