The Polish newspaper, “Free Poland,” which is published in Moscow, sets out as a programme: (1) Unity of the Poles in Russia who are struggling for a democratic Poland, free from race prejudice, where peasants can enjoy and use land, and unemployment will be eliminated. (2) Full co-operation and good neighbourliness with Russia. (3 To combat Polish circles in England and America who cling to imperial ambitions. The newspaper states that Poland has no claim to Ukrainian and White Russia areas, in which Poles constitute a negligible minority of the population.
