LETTERS TO PRISONERS
DISTRIBUTION IN JAPAN. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 8. According to information obtained through the International Red Cross Committee at Geneva, the Japanese authorities recently distributed several thousands of letters received up to the end of last year for prisoners of war in Japan and occupied territories. It is stated that the distribution of letters which have reached Japan since the beginning of this year is proceeding.
