REPORTED MUCH BETTER. DISCONTINUANCE OF DAILY BULLETINS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, March 4. It was announced today that his Eminence Cardinal Hinsley had had a very good night, and that the improvement in his condition had been maintained. Daily bulletins will no longer be issued.
