COURSING
WAIRARAPA CLUB ANNUAL MEETING LAST NIGHT. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The annual meeting of the Wairarapa Coursing Club was held last night. The annual report and balance sheet was adopted. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—Patron, Mr J. H. Payton; president, Mr J. Bradbury; vice-presidents, Mrs M. S. Buick, Messrs L. M. Archer, W. R. Pringle, Carl Larson, E. J. Wing, W. Buick, Albert Donald, T. V. Caverhill, D. C. Stuart, S. Barber, J. Kerslake, L. R. Wilton, S. Cooper, S. Geary, F. Yule Senr., K. Buick, L. A. Keats, D. McGovern, C. E. Grey, Colin Percy, Frances Holmes, Steele, and Major Kirges; hon. secretary, Mr S. D. Geary; hon. auditor, Mr D. B. Curry; committee, Messrs J. Hanley, W. James, W. Williams. F. Yule, A. Spicer, L. Gray. S. Davis. >R. McEwan, M. J. Hanley, C. Lusty, H. Hood, A. Parks, J. Ryan, and Miss P. Hanley. Messrs J. Bradbury and L. M. Archer were elected life members in appreciation of the services which they had rendered the club. it was decided that (ho next meeting be held at .Rugby Park on March 21. The live have season will be opened in the first week in May with a Puppy Stake for which Mr Bradbury has donated a trophy. •The New Zealand Waterloo Cup Oaks, Derby and SI.
