AIR FORCE RELATIONS

MONTHLY MEETING. ASSISTANCE APPRECIATED. At the monthly meeting of the Air Force Relations Committee the following members were present:—Mesdames Lord (in the chair), Ay ling, S. Gill, A. Harcombe, Rishworth, Sellar, Miss Patrick. Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames Betts, Nathan and Miss Carey. After the meeting over a _ hundred tins of food were . packed, including tinned butter, which should be very acceptable overseas. The number of woollen garments was well up to the usual. It was reported that during February the committee and helpers gave supper and service at the Anzac Club for one week. The following members are thanked for help during the month: —Mesdames Ayling, Boddington, T. Beetham, Braggins, D. Buchanan, W. Bunny, G. Beard', C. Bennett, J. A. Betts, W. Burling, S. M. Baird, T. Brown, J. Caselberg, R. Cunningham, P. Fagan, C. Free, S. Gill, de Groot, A. Harcombe, G. Hyde, Holtham, H. J. Jones, J. James, Lord, McFarlane, E. Norman, P. Nathan, Oldfield, Rishworth, Ractliffe, Robb, G. Sellar, Sydney Smith, D. Thompson, G. C. Williams, Winzenberg, Yorke, Wright, Misses E. Baird, J. Lett, Patrick, E. Carey, N. McEwan, Butement, W. Nicholls, M. Perry, R. Thompson, Pearce, Messrs Whiteman, G. Hyde and E. Jenkins. Parcels of comforts, knitted garments and. tinned food may be sent to any member of the committee or left at the offices of Messrs Dunderdale and Gray, Perry Street. The parcels will be packed and forwarded to Wellington on the 20th of every month.
