The following are the entries for the the Wairarapa Coursing Club’s greyhound racing meeting at Rugby Park on Sunday, commencing at 2.30 p.m.:— Maiden Stake: Cuddle, Hurricane. Limit Stake: —First heat: Gold Trail, Gandhi, Orui Lady. Second heat: Tamatete, The Admiral, Mac’s Worry. Francis Holmes’ Cup:—First heat: Desert Gold, Soviet Union, Royal Step, China’s Hope. Second heat:: Old Pal, Royal Routine, Back Loop Slam, Gold Trail. Novice Flat:—First heat: Mac’s Worry, Karaka Jack, Micawber’s Worry, Cuddle. Second heat: Young Pal, Gandhi, Hurricane. Open Hurdles: Sarakos, Bronze Moth. Puppy Trial: . Good Scout, Kagal Boy, The Champ. Ladies’ Plate:—First heat: Lord Wilga, Spitfire Joe, China’s Hope, Desert Gold. Second heat: Gay Crest, Stalin, Royal Routine. Veteran’s Race: Karaka Jack, Bronze Moth. The nominations include greyhounds from Auckland, Dannevirke and Napier. Owners are reminded of the trial run at 6 o’clock this evening at Rugby Park.
