SOME RELAXATIONS, MORE WORKERS WANTED BY GERMANY. (By Telegraph—Press^Association—Copyright) LONDON, February 21. Vichy radio says that M. Laval, at a Press conference, announced that the Germans from March 1 will permit all Frenchmen except Jews and undesirables to pass freely between the occupied and former unoccupied zones of France, also that normal postal services were being restored as from March 1 throughout France, including the Pas de Calais Department, but excluding the coastal region and military zones. Vichy radio also announced that, the Germans have asked for another 250,000 French workers.
